A chance to experience New Hampshire during its glory season and celebrate with friends!

I am hosting an open house/book launch/ October weekend to end all!  Come help me thank you for your support as I launch my first novel.

I have set aside this date specifically to coincide with the height of the autumn season in New Hampshire. If you live close by, come to an open house in my home and help celebrate the launch of my novel. If you are coming from afar, why not make it a weekend with your partner? I would be thrilled to show you my corner of the world.

Want to take a leisurely ride on horseback through the hills and trails to experience life up close and personal?  I am happy to arrange that for you on wonderful steady steeds that will allow you to take a slow look at life in the woods from the back of a calm, comfortable horse.

Looking for the influence of art in your life? You are in luck!  October 12^th and 13^th is also the annual Monadnock Art Tour.  Forty-nine artists are opening their studios to the public, featuring painting, photography, fiber arts, ceramics and blown glass. The tour rambles through the historic and picturesque towns of Harrisville, Hancock, Dublin and Peterborough. We have many lovely bed and breakfast inns or I am happy to host you here until the beds all fill up!

Care for more strenuous endeavors? Join the spirits of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau with a hike up Mount Monadnock.  The foliage will spectacular. Want something less taxing? The Wapack Trail traverses the back of my property, steps from my back door.

The Peterborough Basket Company, the shops at Depot Square in Peterborough, great restaurants, wonderful scenery. One bed is already spoken for when my dear friend Barbara arrives from Texas – well known to all my SeaChange friends as she arranged all our travel for years!
